Cherry can also install Auger type tie-downs to your specifications, repair/replace any rotted or deteriorated floor sills or joists, remove all loose debris generated from move, and grade lot with existing materials on-site.
Cherry is capable of moving concrete slab homes; some can be moved with the slab, some without.
Raise/Level-
Block & Base foundation: Using a unified hydraulic jacking system and low profile air bags, Cherry will raise your house above the present grade. Upon doing so Cherry inspects for failing block and pad foundation and Cherry will remove all or a portion. Cherry then will install crushed concrete or similar material in subsequent void areas.
Next Cherry will install or add to existing foundation and bring your house to one even grade. To support your house at this new elevation, Cherry will install pre-cast concrete block and pad foundation. Wood and steel shim materials will be incorporated in pre-cast foundation to accommodate variance in floor structure, ground elevation and existing foundation. Cherry will add pre-cast foundation settings, as needed, to support all load bearing sills on 6' sills or better. To satisfy you, and do the job right, Cherry can also replace any rotted or deteriorated floor joists or sills. Then Cherry will place the building on the prepared foundation.
Piling foundation: Cherry can raise, hold, install wood or concrete pilings, and set your house down on your new foundation.
Buy/Sell-
Cherry can buy and remove your house and supply all moving permits. In doing so, Cherry can supply all utility disconnects and can also remove all the debris generated from the move.
When selling one of our houses, Cherry will load and move the house for you. Providing, installing, and placing the house on a level foundation, Cherry can repair/replace any deteriorated floor joists and sills.
